Accordingly, the Company hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) and shall implement it in good faith.

Company; information entered by the Company’s staff based on instructions from
Customers; information relating to previous stays, services utilised and products
purchased; information concerning Customers’ preferences identified during their stay;
information provided for the purpose of using the Company’s services; information
provided to travel agents when making accommodation reservations; and
transaction-essential information such as credit card details.

Information collected when browsing the Company’s website
When Customers browse the Company’s website, the Company may collect device information,
log information, cookies (including Cookie identifiers) and anonymous IDs, location
information, IP addresses, and unique device identifiers.
3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
(1) To contact Customers for purposes such as reservation confirmation;
(2) To provide Customers with services, products and related information;
(3) To conduct marketing activities;
(4) To request compliance with the terms, conditions and rules governing the use of the Company’s services;
(5) To verify the identity of Customers when they exercise rights or submit requests concerning their personal information under this Policy;
(6) To fulfil the Company’s legal obligations;
(7) To perform contractual obligations to parties involved in Customers’ travel arrangements (including travel agents, group tour organisers, and Customers’ employers) or to external service providers (including credit card companies and airlines);

4. Methods of Collection of Personal Information

Direct collection from Customers
The Company collects personal information when Customers: make reservations for or use
the Company’s hotel accommodation facilities; create accounts on the Company’s website;
respond to surveys; participate in prize draws or promotional campaigns; contact
customer service; or apply for or use services provided by the Company.
(2)
Collection from Customers’ devices and networks
The Company uses cookies and related technologies when Customers access or use the
Company’s website or other online content.
(3)
Collection from third parties
The Company may collect information through internet-based services operated by third
parties selected by the Company. The Company may also obtain information from travel
agencies, public transportation providers, credit card companies, and other entities
utilised by Customers.

Collection from social media platforms
Where Customers voluntarily participate in activities or services operated by the
Company on social media platforms, the Company may collect contact details, identity
information, accommodation and purchase history, online and network activity data, and
other information contained in posts or profile information published by the
Customer.
5. Handling and Security of Personal Information
The Company shall manage personal information entrusted by Customers appropriately and prudently in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and shall implement necessary and reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorised access.
6. Disclosure and Provision to Third Parties
(1) Where the Customer has given prior consent;
(2) Where disclosure or provision is required by law;
(3) Where disclosure is necessary for the protection of life, body or property, and it is difficult to obtain the Customer’s consent;
(4) Where disclosure is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the Customer’s consent;
(5) Where cooperation is required with a national government agency, local public authority, or a party entrusted by such authority in the performance of duties prescribed by law, and obtaining consent may impede the execution of such duties;
(6) Where disclosure or provision is made to a subcontractor within the scope necessary for the provision of services to Customers.

The Company shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to personal information and relevant guidelines in order to ensure the reliable protection of personal information.
