Please read and agree to the following\n      terms before using the System.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 1 (Compliance with Basic Rules)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        When using the System, customers must comply with general internet etiquette, moral\n        standards, and technical rules. Use of the System for commercial purposes, including\n        fee-based reservation services, is strictly prohibited regardless of intent.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 2 (Action Against Violations)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        If a user engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by the hotel, such as actions causing\n        trouble or harm to others, or interfering with the hotel&#8217;s services, the hotel reserves the\n        right to deny use of the System and its services.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 3 (Impact of User Environment)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        The System is intended for users with properly configured email settings. The hotel assumes\n        no responsibility for issues arising from improper configurations or any problems related to\n        the user&#8217;s computer environment beyond the hotel&#8217;s control.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 4 (Eligibility to Use the System)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        Only customers who agree to these Terms and Conditions may use the System. By completing a\n        reservation through the System, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms and are\n        expected to comply with them.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 5 (Services Provided by the System)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        The System allows reservations for certain accommodation packages provided by the hotel via\n        the official HOTEL BIACLYN HAKODATE website operated by Sovereign Inc.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 6 (Compliance with Hotel Policies)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        Guests must comply with the hotel&#8217;s accommodation agreement and house rules when using any\n        reserved accommodation packages.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 7 (Disclaimer on Service Priority)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        The System does not offer priority over other reservation channels (e.g., phone, third-party\n        reservation sites). Reservations may not be available in cases of full occupancy or other\n        conditions.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 8 (User Responsibility)<\/h2>\n      <div>\n        <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n          Customers are fully responsible for any actions taken through their email accounts,\n          regardless of intention or negligence. The hotel assumes no liability for damages caused\n          by customers to third parties, unless due to the hotel\u2019s fault. If a customer causes\n          damage to the hotel or the System through any of the following acts, the hotel reserves\n          the right to claim compensation:\n        <\/p>\n        <ul class=\"l-agreement__list\">\n          <li class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n            Violation of these Terms, accommodation agreements, or hotel policies\n          <\/li>\n          <li class=\"l-agreement__lead\">Transmission of harmful programs<\/li>\n          <li class=\"l-agreement__lead\">Misuse of third-party information<\/li>\n          <li class=\"l-agreement__lead\">Unauthorized commercial use<\/li>\n          <li class=\"l-agreement__lead\">Violation of any applicable laws<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 9 (Reservation Confirmation)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        A reservation is considered complete when the customer submits a reservation and receives a\n        confirmation email from the hotel. If the confirmation email is not received due to\n        communication issues or incorrect email input, the reservation may not be valid.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 10 (Modification and Cancellation)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        To change or cancel a reservation, please use the System. If unable to do so, contact the\n        hotel directly. However, if cancellation is done by phone, no cancellation notification will\n        be sent.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 11 (Cancellation Fees)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        Cancellation fees will be charged according to the hotel\u2019s accommodation agreement if the\n        cancellation is due to reasons attributable to the customer.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 12 (Requirements for Use)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">Use of the System requires:<\/p>\n      <ul class=\"l-agreement__list\">\n        <li class=\"l-agreement__lead\">An email account capable of sending and receiving emails<\/li>\n        <li class=\"l-agreement__lead\">A computer or smartphone with internet access<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 13 (Reservation Application)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        Customers must fill in all required personal information accurately. Incomplete forms may\n        result in invalid reservations.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 14 (Changes to the System)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        The hotel may change the content or operation of the System without prior notice if deemed\n        necessary. Please check these terms before each use. Only the revised terms will apply after\n        changes.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 15 (Temporary Suspension)<\/h2>\n      <div>\n        <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n          The hotel may suspend the System temporarily without prior notice in the following cases:\n        <\/p>\n        <ul class=\"l-agreement__list\">\n          <li class=\"l-agreement__lead\">Maintenance or construction<\/li>\n          <li class=\"l-agreement__lead\">Natural disasters or emergencies<\/li>\n          <li class=\"l-agreement__lead\">Other operational reasons<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 16 (Governing Law)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        These Terms and the use of the System shall be governed by the laws of Japan.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"l-agreement__item\">\n      <h2 class=\"l-agreement__heading\">Article 17 (Revisions to the Terms)<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"l-agreement__lead\">\n        These Terms are considered standard contract terms under the Japanese Civil Code.
